Where it started...
The company was founded by Seth G Simmons after spending several years as a Principal Partner in a highly respected & industry leading firm. His entire career had been focused exclusively on municipal water resource facility projects, so he pursued a new company in the field he knew so well. From the humble beginnings of a small shop office, the company growth has exceeded all expectations.
Where we're going...
It has been said that if you're not growing, you're dying. We believe that a company cannot thrive if it is not pursuing growth in its knowledge, credentials and excellence. Every year since our inception has led to significant growth in each of those areas, and we're constantly seeking more. Our capabilities allow us to perform successfully on projects of diverse requirements and varying sizes.
